Payment: All fees will be invoiced and are payable in full upon receipt. Accepted payment is via bank transfer / BACS. Fees are subject to an annual review.
Travel: Please note that there is no charge for travel within a 5 mile radius of your therapist’s home – 45p per mile thereafter.
Cancellation: If a session needs to be cancelled please give a minimum of 48 hours notice by phone or email. In the event of cancellation within 24 hours the full fee may be charged.
Fees include administration, planning and preparation time.
